The alleged incident happened at the Palms hotel in Las Vegas. She says she brought a camera into one of Brown's parties. When he noticed it, Brown got into an argument with Gutierrez. It ended when he punched her, according to the model. TMZ says that Gutierrez sneaked her cell phone into Brown's party at the Palms Hotel in Vegas on the morning of January 2 at 10:20 a.m. When she took a pic of Brown, he snapped, she says. Brown then hit her in the right eye. She left the party and called the local police but didn't go to a hospital. CBS Las Vegas reports that cops are investigating and Brown is a suspect. The night before the alleged incident, Brown had been performing as part of his residency agreement with Drai's nightclub in Vegas, close to the Palms. Liziane is back to Brazil after the US police have withdrawn their criminal complaint against Chris Brown. The police claimed she had no evidence to proceed with criminal prosecution.
