maize crop on Agriway Farm, Bindura, Zimbabwe. A church-based community project which was eventually taken over by the Zimbabwean government, the farm was extraordinarily successful in its crop yeilds utilising minimum tillage farming methods. It also had a significant outreach to rural communities around. Although the farms have been taken away Brian Oldrieve who spearheaded the vision continues his work through River of Life Church in Westgate, Harare. Operation Joseph is the name of the project run from that base which sees hundreds of extention workers trained up to teach minimum tillage practices to rural communities all over Zimbabwe and beyond.
