Twenty term Democrat Rangel faces 13 counts of wrongdoing. He has allegedly hid income and assets, failed to pay taxes and provided official favors in returns for political donations. A Congressional Ethics Sub Committee met to discuss the allegations and continues to investigate the matter, that may go to trial come fall.
