Marlon Brando, Sr. (January 11, 1895 – July 17, 1965) was the father of Oscar-winning actor Marlon Brando and actress Jocelyn Brando. Marlon Brando, Sr. was born in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of Marie Belle (née Holloway), a housewife, and Eugene Everett Brando. He had German, Dutch, and English ancestry.
