Plans have been unveiled to build the world’s fastest three wheeler car.The gull-wing door all electric vehicle, named Spiritus will be capable in top-of-the-range guise, of racing from 0-60 mph in just 1.8 second with a range of 480 km.It is the brainchild of Canadian company Daymark which currently builds high-end e-bikes and all-terrain mobility scooters amongst other things.The Toronto-based firm has turned to crowdfunding to get the vehicle, which is styled like a supercar, onto the rod.The Spiritus is described as a complete two-seat coupe and comes packed with a host of features. There are solar panels for trickle charging, a regeneration system, and Daymak’s own patent pending wireless charger. The Spiritus comes in a standard , more leisurely, Deluxe version starting at $19,995 USD / €16.900 euros with a range of 300km.The super-quick model will be the Ultimate starting at $149,000 USD / just under €126.000 euros.
