EXCLUSIVE: Troubled actor Sean Penn violently attacked a paparazzi photographer in the middle of a westside street in Los Angeles CA. Penn emerged from his truck and walked over 50 feet towards the photog and kicked and punched him without provocation. Penn also berated the photog with obscenities and shouted that he would 'put you in a box' to the photog before going back to his house. Penn carried his take-out bag from the restaurant during the whole incident. The photog, who suffered multiple cuts and bruises from the attach, has filed a police report and is considering pressing charges for battery.

Sean Penn has copped a plea in his criminal battery case in connection with his paparazzi run-in last fall. He pled no contest to one count of vandalism and the battery charge was dimissed.
Penn was ordered to perform 300 hours of community service and placed on 36 months of probation. The judge announced Penn's work for his Haitian relief organization will count towards his 300 hours, but only starting now- his previous work won't count.
He was also ordered to attend 36 hours of anger management with a private therapist. If Penn complies and completes his probation, his vanalism charge will be lowered to a disturbing the peace conviction, a lesser offense.
Penn must also stay 100 yards away from the victim...

Justi Bieber Hit and Run with a photographer!!!
Hollywood, CA - Justin Bieber fled after allegedly driving his Ferrari into a photographer late Monday night on Sunset Boulevard. Justin was leaving the Laugh Factory around 11:45 PM in his white Ferrari with BFF Lil Twist. Once Justin got behind the wheel he motioned for some of the photographers to clear out of the way -- but when he drove off he appeared to pin one of them between the Ferrari and a parked car.
Justin did not stop.
The paparazzo was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Weston Cage Is A Bloody Mess After Battle With His Wife and A Night In Jail
#7553338 Weston Cage, son of actor Nick Cage, was picked up by a buddy from the Los Angeles police department on July 4, 2011 after posting a 450,000-bail bond. Cage was taken into custody along with his wife Nikki Williams after the two got into a fight early this morning. Cage left the station with a bandage on his arm which was a bloody mess.
