His letter was published by local paper The Eastern Daily Press as he ends his two-year contract as a helicopter pilot with the charity this afternoon. In the letter he thanks his colleagues and the people of East Anglia and praises the "incredibly skilled" doctors and paramedics. He also said he was "proud" to have served with such an 'incredible' team. He wrote: "As I arrive for work at East Anglian Air Ambulance this evening, my last shift with this incredible team, I wanted to say thank you to my colleagues, team mates and the people of East Anglia who I have been so proud to serve.

Prince William has written a letter to his colleagues at the East Anglian Air Ambulance as he carries out his final shift today (27/07/17). His letter was published by local paper The Eastern Daily Press as he ends his two-year contract as a helicopter pilot with the charity this afternoon. In the letter he thanks his colleagues and the people of East Anglia and praises the "incredibly skilled" doctors and paramedics. He also said he was "proud" to have served with such an 'incredible' team. He wrote: "As I arrive for work at East Anglian Air Ambulance this evening, my last shift with this incredible team, I wanted to say thank you to my colleagues, team mates and the people of East Anglia who I have been so proud to serve.
