PEOPLE - Tierexperte Robert Irwin zu Besuch bei Jimmy Fallon
17 February 2017 - Los Angeles - USA
**** STRICTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR USA ***
Teenage animal expert Robert Irwin following in his dad Steve Irwin's footsteps and makes his late night US TV debut with several animals on The Tonight Show. The 13 year-old has appeared on US TV before but usually with his mother Terri or sister Bindi but this time he was going solo to show off a range of animals from a huge boa constrictor to a 25lb sloth. Host Jimmy Fallon struggled with the snake, called Lady, as it started to constrict around his arm and hand. But Robert handled the snake perfectly before handing him over to someone else. Fallon was much ore comfortable letting a 25lbs sloth called Serentity hug him as Robert fed it grapes. Robert also got Fallon to tickle an armadillo's tummy after the TV host quipped: "He looks like Donald Trump's toupee!" However, Fallon declined to hold a baby African Dward Crocodile called Beetlejuice. Robert was on the show to promote the Steve Irwin Gala Dinner in Los Angeles in May to raise money for charity.
