    17-year-old Khagendra Thapa Magar from the Baglung District of Nepal is the smallest known person on earth, standing just 22 inches (56 cm) tall, barely the height of a toddler. When Khagendra was born he didn't weigh much more than a can of Coke, and now that he is an adult he still only tips the scales at 10 lb (4.5 kg), roughly the same weight as four bags of sugar. Londoner "Tiny Iron", 28, from Tottenham has an incredible 280 lb (127 kg) frame. His enormous biceps measure 24 inches (61 cm) in circumference-that's bigger than most people's thighs! The differences between these two men are extreme Tiny Iron's bicep is bigger than Khagendra is tall.
