September 25, 2025 - New York, New York, USA: Oscar winning actor and co-founder of water.org Matt Damon explained how his international organization helps people living in poverty get access to safe water and improved sanitation. Mr. Damon said, “Commitments has been at the heart of CGI from the very beginning, and they’ve been just as important to us. We met that first commitment—and then we doubled it to reach 100,000 people. We proved to ourselves that there was room for innovation on this issue. Today we’re reaching 100 million people every six (6) weeks.
