Royal Wedding: Best Man And Maid Of Honour Announced
It has been announced that Prince William has asked brother Harry to be his best man, and Kate Middleton has asked her sister Philippa to be her maid of honour.
The pair will perform their duties alongside a number of other bridesmaids and page boys when William and Kate tie the knot in April, St James's Palace has announced.
In addition to her 26-year-old younger sister Pippa, Kate will also have four other bridesmaids
Lady Louise Windsor, 7, is the daughter of The Earl and Countess of Wessex and is Prince William's cousin.
The Hon. Margarita Armstrong-Jones, 8, is daughter of Viscount and Viscountess Linley and is William's second cousin.
Meanwhile, Prince William's goddaughter Grace van Cutsem, 3, will also be a bridesmaid alongside the Duchess of Cornwall's three-year-old granddaughter Eliza Lopes.
Page boy William Lowther-Pinkerton is the son of Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, who has been Prince William's private secretary since 2005.
Meanwhile, eight-year-old Tom Pettifer is Prince William's godson and his mother, Tiggy Pettifer, was Prince Charles' personal assistant during the 1990s.
The announcement from Clarence House added: "Details about the bridesmaids' dresses and the page boys' uniforms will be made available on the wedding day."
