London staged a ' diamond ' wedding-the most lavish this year-as St Peter's, Eaton Square, when Mr Dana Joel , granddaughter of the late diamond magnate, Solly Joel, was married to captain chandos Brudenell-Bruce, twenty-six, only son of Colonel and Mrs. Robert H.Brudenell-Bruce of Hill farm, Hartley wintney, Hampshire.
The twenty-year-old bride is the daughter of racehorse owner Mr. Stanhope Joel, who practised as a barrister before he switched to the turf. The Joels have a flat in Park Lane and a house at Cranleigh, Surrey.
The bride's white satin wedding gown has a six-yards train integrated with diamonds the crystals and pearls. She wore a diamond tiara.
