 Exclusive jewellery maker Fabergé is launching a series of collections inspired by hit TV show Game of Thrones.The pieces have been designed in partnership with the series costume designer for the HBO series Michele Clapton and Faberge head of design Liisa Tallgren.All the Fabergé x Game of Thrones collection is said to have “design details “ from the dramatic sets, costumes, characters and landscape “ from author George R Martin’s fantasy land of Westeros.The collection will be launched in a series of ‘chapters’ over the next two years, commencing with ‘Chapter One: Dragon’. It features five designs, with each limited to just ten pieces. The main colours are black and red, inspired by the house colours of the dragon-riding Targaryen family and in particular warrior queen warrior DaenerysThe pieces feature responsibly sourced red rubies paired with white gold, rose gold, diamonds and black rhodium.A Faberge spokesperson said:” These new creations are rare pieces of history in the making, set to delight fans, fusing Fabergé’s artistic ingenuity with the fantastical world of one of the 21st century’s most popular television shows.”
