Two Rioters Broke Into The Foreign Office And Seized Papers Which They Threw In To The Crowd. The Nearby Cenotaph War Memorial Was Daubed With Slogans While Others Threw Smoke Bombs And Flares. Many Of The Protesters Were Members Of The Anarchist Group Reclaim The Streets And Others Carried Socialist Worker Banners.
