What happens when you give big pumpkins to big gorillas??
Phil Knowling, from Paignton Zoo, said: ?Huge pumpkins like these make great environmental enrichment for animals ? it?s like giving your pet a toy, just with a bit more science. We gave them to the gorillas but smaller animals like red pandas and spider monkeys enjoy them too ? they can climb right inside a hollowed out pumpkin. It?s great to see what they do with these unusual and unexpected items!?
Riverford Organic Farms donated two gigantic pumpkins to the animals at Paignton Zoo Environmental Park. The mega-vegetables, each weighing roughly 70 kilos, were grown by Riverford for their Pumpkin Day.

James Howells
Man throws away computer hard drive with £4m worth of bitcoins stored on it, Wales, Britain - 27 Nov 2013
A computer expert threw away an old hard drive containing 7,500 bitcoins worth an estimated £4m. James Howells obtained the bitcoins, which are a virtual form of currency, for almost nothing in 2009. A few years ago the IT worker removed his computer's hard drive after spilling a drink on it. The part then sat in a drawer of his house for years and he forgot that he had the bitcoins on it. So during a recent clearout of his old IT equipment he thought nothing about throwing the drive out. It was only later that he realised what had been left on there. He checked all of his back up files but could not locate the coins so went to his local landfill site. However, one glance at the size of the site and he knew it would be fruitless to search for the drive. Bitcoins have soared in value recently and a single one is now worth around $1,000 (£613).

Kumbuka Is A Pumpkin Party Pooper
Only someone very brave would call 28 stone gorilla Kumbuka 'My Little Pumpkin'.
Especially as the silverback seemed less than impressed when presented with some of the carved treats as a pre-Halloween surprise at Paignton Zoo in Devon.
Keepers thought they would get him in the mood for the spooky celebration by leaving him a stack of carved pumpkins to find when he emerged in the morning.
However, after quickly dismantling the pumpkin stack Kumbuka demonstrated his dislike of the occasion by hurling them at photographer Richard Austin.
Luckily, despite his prodigious strength Kumbuka wasn't able to clear the protective moat around his enclosure and the orange missiles were left bobbing in the water.
The 15-year-old silverback weighs in at an impressive 400 pounds or 28 stone.
He was born on 15th November 1997 and came to Paignton Zoo from La Boissiere Zoo in France.
His keepers describe him as a typical teenager - he can be calm or lively, he likes some people more than others and he has a definite preference for the ladies!
He is expected to leave his Devon home for London Zoo within a few months to start a new breeding group.
