Cats now get to have their sweet revenge on dogs thanks to a pooch-shaped scratching post.
Netherlands-based designer Erik Stehmann created the dog-shaped scratching post, which is called DOG, to allow cats to vent their frustration on their natural enemy.
In the photos a kitten can be seen thoroughly enjoying attacking the dog scratching post.
The feline can also be seen making the most of the situation by taking the rare opportunity of sitting on a dog's shoulders.
Erik said: "The 'DOG Scratchpost for cats comes with a good dose of humor. Not only does DOG protect your furniture from cat scratching, but it is also THE way for cats to release their frustrations on their natural enemy"!"
