Tough guy actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has told how singer Michael Jackson turned up on a movie set three days in a row to spend time with the former body builder.
And later when Jackson and Arnie were invited to a Hollywood producer’s home for dinner, the late Thriller star. Aged in his late 30s at the time, brought his own chef.
Schwarzenegger, 77, speaking to US chat show host Jimmy Kimmel, said the bizarre meeting was on the set of Arnie’s 1996 Christmas comedy movie, Jingle All The Way.
Arnie plays a father trying to buy an action figure of a character called Turbo Man for his son.
He recalled; “He came to the set when we were filming at at Universal Studio
He came to the set and then he visited me a few days in a row uh in my motorhome, in the trailer when they had lunch.
“He just wanted to schmooze and he wanted to talk about the film.
“I was dressed as Turbo Man because we were doing the scene where I fly through the air as Turbo Man which was the character that was sold for Christmas and then they ran out of this toy.
“He just thought it was a fantastic script.
“He loves Christmas movies.”
