Bauman was making an appearance at Hill's campaign headquarter in a suburb in northern Los Angeles County. Hill is the Democratic candidate for the 25th congressional district in California and is in a tossup race against Republican incumbent Steve Knight. The race is one of several in California that the Democratic Party sees as important to taking back the House of a Representatives.
