Leopard selfie, South Africa - 06 Jun 2014
FULL COPY: http://www.rexfeatures.com/nanolink/qptl
A cheeky leopard has been pictured almost taking a selfie with a photographer's camera.
Australian wildlife photographer Shannon Benson was photographing the young female leopard in South Africa when it began playing with her camera.
The leopard and her sister were orphaned after their mother was killed. They were rescued and raised with some human contact and therefore were friendly towards humans.
Shannon was able to photograph the leopards in close contact a few times before they grew older and were therefore too unpredictable to be in physical contact with. In one picture the adorable leopard can be seen licking Shannon's hair and playing next to her, whilst she takes pictures in the wild.

Royal lookalikes by Alison Jackson on Mother's Day - Mar 2014
Mandatory Credit: Photo by Notonthehighstreet.com/REX (3667985k)
A Right Royal Mother's Day
With Mother's Day just round the corner it would appear that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are eager to celebrate with son Prince George.
Catherine is seen marking her first Mother's Day as a mother with a very down to earth family get together.
Online lifestyle retailer Notonthehighstreet.com commissioned renowned artist photographer Alison Jackson to take the shots, which offer a 'fly on the wall' look at how the Kate and William might choose to spend the day.
notonthehighstreet.com's Andy Botha said: "We've all at some point imagined the day to day life of the Royals and pictured the most famous family in the world doing normal things to mark occasions like birthdays and Christmas.
"Kate's first Mother's Day will clearly be a big event for the new family and with tongue firmly in cheek, we're imagining this less than ordinary couple celebrating the day just as the rest of us would.
"After all every Mum wants to be treated like a Duchess on Mother's Day".

Great Balls Of Fire! Stunning Images Created With Smoke and Fire
Great Balls Of Fire! Stunning Images Created With Smoke and Fire
A photographer has taken an explosive set of images by igniting gasoline in midair.
Rob Prideaux, 45, photographs fire and smoke and then creates patterns from it.
The San Francisco-based artist captures the fire in the split second its visible by using highly arcane methods.
Rob's Smoke and Fire series is his quest 'to shape one of the more uncontrollable phenomena in nature'.
He said: "Fire is pretty uncontrollable. The mid-air explosions have defied all attempts at wrangling so far. The shot with the loop of fire was created with steel plates between the camera to try to shape it."
Highlights of the fire images include a heart-shaped fireball, three blazing tennis balls hurtling through the air and a washing line, which has gone up in flames.
Prideaux also creates patterns from smoke by burning incense in the dark and photographing it.
Rob explains: "The smoke images are a more contemplative process of waiting and stillness and are heavily manipulated into patterns.
"I began duplicating and combining the smoke images as a meditative practice, dedicating 15 minutes each morning to thoughtless creation, and mandalas began to form, over time.
"From its source as raw material, I've gradually realised the images say a lot about ephemerality and the so-called taming of our natural environment."

Former bin man Steve Jones, who travels around Europe photographing dustcarts, Britain - 01 Jul 2011

Another Rubbish Holiday
Former binman Steve Jones always has a rubbish holiday - because he travels around Britain and Europe to watch dustcarts in action.
The 48 year old likes nothing more than travelling hundreds of miles, tracking down the local waste tip and offering to work on the bins for free.
Steve's passion for rubbish has taken him as far a field as the Lake District, South Wales, Cornwall, Lancashire, Kent, Sussex, the Isles of Scilly and even Malta and Cyprus.
Steve, of Lake, Isle of Wight, has lovingly restored a rare 1982 Shelvoke and Drewry dustcart so he can drive it in his spare time and is in the process of restoring another.
It costs around 1,000 pounds a year to run the 1982 Shelvoke Drewry PN Mini even though he drives it little more than 400 miles in that time. It has a top speed of just 43mph.
Steve, now a self-employed gardener, said: "I fill it with clean cardboard once or twice a year, take it to a recycling centre and push it out again, just to make sure it all works fine.
"It takes me months to collect the necessary 1.5 tonnes of cardboard but it's quite satisfying to watch the crushing - I take a few photos of that each time.
"People think I have a strange hobby but nothing comes close to the thrill of riding in a dustcart.
"It's wonderful watching them in action. Even if I can't join in I love seeing them crush the waste and dump it at the tip."
Steve's bizarre fascination began when he was a child and spent school holidays following them round west London on his bicycle.
He started 'spotting' the trucks and kept a notebook with registration numbers, details of the carts and the names of the crew.
He explained: "As a child I remember a Bedford TK cab and chassis with an Eagle crush loader body coming to my home - that's how it started...
