A supersonic business jet for whisking high-flyers around the world at up to twice the speed of sound has been unveiled. The aircraft would have room for up to 11 passengers and three crew. For business people where time is a precious commodity, the plane could fly at almost 2,500 kilometres an hour, around three times the speed of a conventional aircraft.New York to Paris would take less than three hours.More importantly it would be powered by hybrid electric and hydrogen engines which are already underdevelopment around the world. The aircraft has been named the Superb ZunZun which is a hummingbird found in the Caribbean. The plane, called SZZ for short, is the brainchild of Barcelona-based designer Oscar Vinals. He said the aircraft’s shape would also help eliminate one of the biggest problems with supersonic flight, the sonic boom
