A cool box is shaping up for the end of lockdown – based on a replica of a classic Volkswagen camper van.The cooler is a scale replica of the iconic VW T1 camper with a handle for pulling it along so it does not have to be carried.£300 GBP / €335 Euros comes with rubber wheels and a folding telescopic handle for easy transportation that folds nearly under the replica vehicle.The official, VW-licensed product has a 26 litre capacity with a hinged roof secured with a heavy-duty lid-lock.It has internal drainage plug at the base of the compartment to get rid of the ice when it melts.The van model is made of pressed steel.A spokesman for UK maker Board Masters said it is ideal for storing of food and drink. He added:” Keep your summer picnic feast cool this summer with the official Volkswagen Cool Box. “Made to look exactly like the iconic VW campervan, this unique coolbox features a retractable handle for easy transportation. “Don’t worry if you take it off the beaten track either, the rubber tyres will provide a cushioned and easy ride. A cool box is shaping up for the end of lockdown – based on a replica of a classic Volkswagen camper van.The cooler is a scale replica of the iconic VW T1 camper with a handle for pulling it along so it does not have to be carried.£300 GBP / €335 Euros comes with rubber wheels and a folding telescopic handle for easy transportation that folds nearly under the replica vehicle.The official, VW-licensed product has a 26 litre capacity with a hinged roof secured with a heavy-duty lid-lock.It has internal drainage plug at the base of the compartment to get rid of the ice when it melts.The van model is made of pressed steel.A spokesman for UK maker Board Masters said it is ideal for storing of food and drink.
