The huge clouds can be seen rolling over the harbour, following a severe weather warning from the Bureau of Meteorology.

The warning also covered the Blue Mountains, Greater Newcastle and Maitland in the Hunter region.
Richard has lived by the beach in Sydney all his life and been photographing its landscapes for the last 30 years

Golden eagle attempts to fly off with young deer during hunt, Liptovsky Hradok, Slovakia - 2011
Mandatory Credit: Photo by Milan Krasula/Solent News / Rex Features (1530341a)
Deer's Gripping Encounter With Golden Eagle
This plucky deer had an incredible escape when it dived under a fence to get away from a huge eagle.
The young doe had to run for its life after the golden eagle swooped in for the kill.
Photographer Milan Krasula snapped away as the chase played out in front of him.
The 30-year-old spent four days trying to get a great picture of the annual eagle hunt, where owners release their birds to hunt prey.
But instead of diving for a smaller animal, the eagle amazed watchers by dive-bombing the deer and trying to fly off with it.
He said: "You have to be very lucky to get a good shot, as you cannot predict where the prey will be hiding.
"I found an area that I thought it would be good for a photo and where some smaller animals might be hiding.
"I was waiting there around an hour or so, when all of a sudden there was a young little doe running out from the forest.
"One keeper then released his eagle, who was about 200 metres away from me.
"He did not see the little doe running and had actually released the eagle to get another animal.
"Of course, the eagle went for the doe instead of the other prey."
Milan, from Liptovsky Hradok, Slovakia, added: "Both the doe and the eagle were heading towards me.
"I was lucky to witness such an event of mother nature and I was lucky enough to have a camera with me and capture it.
"It happened so fast, by the time I checked the images on the back of the camera, both the doe and the eagle were gone.
"It was an unsuccessful attack by the eagle - I think the life of the doe was saved by a nearby fence.
"It wanted to jump over it but was so frightened and scared it only managed to slip underneath, giving the eagle no choice but to abandon the chase.
"The eagle flew back to its ke...

A swarm of ants attack an unlucky fly
Macro photographs showing ants at work by Andiyan Lutfi, Cibinong Village, Indonesia - 13 Jan 2011
They may seem small and harmless but these ants proved they were a force to be reckoned with when a fly strayed into their territory. The insect may have been double the size of its attackers but it didn't seem to stand a chance against them. The extraordinary spectacle is part of a series of macro photographs, showing the tiny creatures in breathtaking detail that would not normally be detectable with the naked eye. Amateur photographer Andiyan Lutfi snaps the incredible shots at his own home in Cibinong Village, Indonesia. In one of his photographs a group of hungry ants clamour to get their hands on a delicious chocolate brownie he had left on a pile of leaves.

Amazing dew-covered insects, Jaroszow, Poland - Mar 2010
These insects look like creatures from another planet as dew gathers on their sleeping bodies. Captured in extreme close-up, a moth even looks like it has been encrusted in diamonds. Resting dragonflies, flies and beetles also take on an unearthly quality as the droplets form on them in the early morning. These remarkable photos were taken by physiotherapist Miroslaw Swietek at around 3am in the forest next to his home in the Polish village of Jaroszow. Using a torch the 37-year-old amateur photographer hunts out the motionless bugs in the darkness before setting up his camera and flash just millimetres from them.
