See story CPHERON. Brian Balloch was taking a stroll around under the Erskine Bridge, Renfrewshire when he spotted a heron looking for fish. The 61-year-old pulled out his camera at the River Clyde shore and captured the special moment of the young heron chewing a small fish last Friday. He said: "I'm one of those people that get's up at the crack of dawn then I take a walk to see if I can embrace the beautiful sunlight. "So on that day, I waited for the young heron to face me so I could capture the special moment. "Then I managed to capture it. "I've taken lots of pictures of a heron in the past but I thought this one was much more quirky. *** Local Caption *** / action press
