[181120 Schneechaos Update 15:00 Uhr: Die Situation auf den Straßen Thüringens ist katastrophal. Vor allem um Gotha, Eisenach und in Fahrtrichtung Thüringer Wald ist nahezu jede Straße blockiert. Der Winterdienst hat das kleine Schneetief mit ca. 5 cm Neuschnee völlig unterschätzt. Auf der B 247 in Richtung Oberhof geht auf 10 Km nichts mehr. Auch auf den Autobahnabfahrten stehen die LKW reihenweise. So auch an der Abfahrt Gotha. Eine LKW Fahrerin hängt mit 33 Tonnen Diesel an einer Steigung, beim Anfahren rutscht sie immer weiter in Richtung Leitplanke. Ohne Winterdienst und Salz geht hier gar nix mehr voran. Einen anderen LKW trennen nur noch wenige Millimeter zwischen Leitplanke und LKW. Der Verkehr staut sich Kilometer zurück auf die A 4. Über eine Stunden warten die Verkehrsteilnehmer nun schon auf Winterdienst und Polizei, bis jetzt umsonst.]
