On Saturday morning, police respond to a 911 call within the confines of the 115 Precinct and are informed that a 38-year-old male, operating a gray 2009 Chevy Suburban, strikes a 16-year-old female and a 32-year-old female with his vehicle. The 16-year-old female is pronounced dead on the scene by EMS. EMS transports the 32-year-old female to NYC Health and Hospitals/Elmhurst in stable condition.
